Karen Collom Nominated for Top 50 Women in Accounting

Practice Ignition is celebrating the outstanding women leading the charge and driving change within the accounting industry. This program celebrates women who made a difference in 2020. Our own Karen Collom certainly made a difference in 2020 - and the years prior.

When COVID hit in the beginning of March, Karen immediately began to pivot her business model to ensure that her team could continue to provide service to her clients in a safe manner.

She worked tirelessly to get the latest information to her clients - from stimulus check information, Paycheck Protection Program, tax filing date changes and any other issues that 2020 and COVID-19 threw her way.

From email alerts to her clients to daily website updates and from in-person meetings to zoom, safe document drop-off protocols and client portal support, Karen and her team did everything in their power to support their clients and help keep them in business and in-the-know.
